Saturday, July 27th -- We headed toward Winchester with the intention of visiting the Bluegrass Heritage Museum, and checking out the downtown area. But on the way, we decided to head towards the distilleries on the other side of town and tour one of those, since they may not be open over the weekend.
We chose Woodford Reserve, but when we got there, it was VERY busy and crowded and something just didn't FEEL right to us.

So we left and headed for Buffalo Trace Distillery, which wasn't far away.
We liked that property better, and got in line for the tour, but then found out it wasn't going to start for another 45 minutes, and then the tour was an hour.
We decided it wouldn't be good to leave General in the truck for 2 hours, and that we would try it again tomorrow.
