Monday, July 29th -- We found most attractions were closed today, so we drove into Lexington to a camera store to get a lens hood for Ed's new camera, which he hasn't been able to use for the past month because we didn't have a lens hood for it.
Then we took General back to that Awesome Dog Park with the hollowed out bunch of trees.
Then we tripped across a drive-in diner that we chose to eat at for lunch. What an awesome place! And the food was really good too!

It had the classic drive up spots and car menu windows. We chose to eat inside because eating in the truck with General in the back would have been awkward. It turned out the place is a landmark. Ed had the chili cheese fries with extras and I had the club sandwich on toast. The food was fantastic and the waitress was comical and so friendly! It was a great lunch experience.
