Skyline Chili does it up Right!

Wednesday, July 31st -- We were running some more errands in Lexington, and decided to have lunch at Skyline Chili. We didn't even know this was a restaurant, but Ed had been eating their 4-way in the frozen variety from the grocery store for several years now.

What is a 4-way, you ask? Spaghetti, Chili, Onions and lots of Cheese!

He says the fresh variety is much better! Something different to try if you are ever near one. They are based in Cincinnati, so not sure how far their reach is.

We soon realized that what we had been looking at at the original fort site was not the fort itself, but only the foundation for a 2-room house that had been built in the center of the fort area. The fort was actually quite large and contained buildings for different occupations and community buildings, like this tavern.
