Off to Georgetown KY

​Friday, July 26th -- Today we headed off to Ward Hall, which is north of Lexington, only to find that it wasn't open. When I checked their website, it says they are only open the first two weekends of each month. 

We decided to visit the small town of Georgetown, since we were in the neighborhood, and it ended up being a really cute little town. They had restored their main street, and there were many large older homes!

After that, we tried to find a park to walk General, and after looking at a couple that didn't work for us, we kind of tripped across a dog park that ended up being just right! It had a huge fenced in area, with a clump of trees right in the center. And the trees were hollowed out on the underside, so you could walk right thru.
