Friday, September 20th -- Once again, we were woke up in the middle of the night to General being in distress. But I was able to get him outside before he had another accident in the house.
Rather than take him to the vet again, since it seemed obvious to us that it didn't work the last time, I decided to do some reading online to see if I could figure out what was wrong, and what could be done. We ended up getting him some butternut squash (which we cooked and mashed), which was supposed to not only calm his digestive system down, but also help to take care of any worms he may have. General ate butternut squash for 3 days, and we added some plain boiled chicken on the second day. And he's been fine ever since. But we have been very afraid to let him drink any water that we don't put in his bowl. So that may have something to do with it too. LOL.

We have Red Squirrels and Chipmunks here in Custer SD. It has been interesting to watch the wildlife change throughout our travels around the country. We saw red squirrels in Wausau, WI as well.
Not much of interest today, since we decided to stay home with General to make sure he was ok.
