Sunday, September 22nd -- General was doing so obviously better! But he was extremely bored, and wanted to get out and about!
So we spent the day at home with him, and walked him many times around the property, but without letting him drink water from the spring! LOL.

At one point, when we were all inside, we saw this flock of turkeys outside!
The picture is very fuzzy (took it thru the screened window), and doesn't do this situation justice at all! There were about 30 turkeys (aka Thanksgiving dinner) walking across the yard, TOWARD OUR TRAILER!!! We didn't really know if we should be alarmed or not! But they calmly walked around our trailer, and up the hill behind us. And then later on, we heard guns shooting. So I'm guessing that someone else saw them as well. Poor little turkeys!!
