Tuesday, July 2nd -- Since I had damaged my foot on the trail at the Bud Ogle Homestead on Sunday, Ed decided to use this time to do laundry so I could rest my foot. He went to the local laundromat, Old Stage Wash House, as recommended by the campground owner and camp host, and had a great time, since there were a couple of ladies there who insisted on helping him, and ended up doing most of the work! LOL.

Later in the afternoon, we drove over to the Davey Crockett Birthplace State Park and walked around just a little bit with General, but rain was coming, so we didn't stay long.
