Friday, November 22, 2019 -- Today we decided to explore San Angelo, Texas! And what an awesome place it was!
On our way there, we passed thru the very small historic town of Ballinger!
When we got to San Angelo, we found out the tour we wanted to take didn't start until about an hour later. So we decided to drive around and explore the town a little more. We saw this from the street, and parked the truck so Ed could go back and take a picture!
I waited in the truck quite some time, but Ed didn't come back. So I locked up the truck and walked back to see what he was up to. When I rounded the corner into the alleyway, I was amazed at what I saw!

By this time, I was so enthralled with all the amazing artwork, I totally forgot I was looking for Ed! LOL.
But I soon found him, a few more buildings into the alley, checking out this area! And just as I was rounding the corner and saw him, he had his back to me and was calling me on my cell phone to come look at all this! LOL.

We were both really impressed by all this. And we think its great the City of San Angelo and the local business people who own all these buildings arranged and/or allowed this to happen!
Can you imagine the creative thought process, preparation, and hard work that goes into painting something like this on such a large canvas? This is so awesome!
