Monday, November 4, 2019 -- We packed up and headed south to Lake Charles!

Passing thru Newton, Texas, we drove by this awesome old courthouse!

On the border between Texas and Louisiana is the Sabine River.

We got to our campground at Sam Houston Jones State Park, and immediately saw these signs. We had never seen alligator signs before, so this was all new to us!

But then again, we had never seen signs like this before either, and we probably should have been seeing them all along!
