Friday, August 9th -- Our next travel day takes us to Wellston MI. Why Wellston? Because by the time I got around to making a reservation, all the campgrounds near the beach areas were booked up. LOL. We took US Hwy 31 all the way north.

We stopped for lunch at the Big Boy Restaurant in Ludington. This is a burger chain we remember from our time living in Pennsylvania, but we hadn't seen one in over 20 years. Great burgers! They have a special sauce that reminds me of a McDonald's Big Mac. LOL.
