Sunday, August 18th -- Our next travel day takes us to Escanaba MI. We took US Hwy 2 the whole way there, and had wonderful views of Lake Michigan in many spots.
Our 100-pound Recurve 6 Weight Distribution Hitch used to cause Ed alot of grief, but now he's gotten used to it. And he also throws it around with ease now. LOL.
Our travel route was very nice and relaxing, and our views of Lake Michigan were wonderful!

Our new campsite had these very cute little ponds...
And direct access to Lake MIchigan so General could get his feet wet...

And this was our next door neighbor! What a blast from the past! Owned by a very nice gentlemen who was a wealth of information about RV living and traveling.
The owner of the campground, Mr. Ogren, had been to Alaska by RV and was also a wealth of information for us. Both guys were awesome to chat with!
