Back on the Laura Ingalls Wilder Highway!

Wednesday, September 4th -- Once again we took secondary highways to our next destination, and again we had good roads. We are loving the scenery as we pass by, and the little towns we drive thru!

Our destination was the Ingalls Homestead in De smet, SD. And WOW, what an awesome place! They have 4 RV sites right on the property. But there is a catch. The dump station on site is only for gray water. For black water, you would need to go into town to the Cowboy gas station. Of course, we didn't find out about that until we were leaving, but its all good. LOL. So most people use the very clean restrooms and showers on the property. Its quiet, and private, and such an awesome place!!
