We had never had Carribean food before, but this was really awesome. For me... fried battered chicken breasts with an aioli sauce, fried plantains and cole slaw. YUM! It was sooo good!!
Ed had chicken wings with a special dipping sauce. He said it was slightly spicy but not terribly hot. And he had fried yucca root fries, instead of the standard potato. He loved his dish, and I tried his yucca fries too, and wow!! What an awesome substitute for regular fries!
