Catalina State Park in Tucson, Arizona

Tuesday, December 3, 2019 — Catalina State Park is really an awesome place into itself! There are hiking trails all over the park, and they have educational programs and music concerts that you can take in as well!

We took walks 2-3 times every day. It was just amazing to us to see the local plants. We couldn’t get enough of the Saguaro Cactus!

These cacti are a work of art! And we found out that even though their skin is kind of squishy, they have a wooden skeleton!

The Catalina Mountains are really beautiful! The highest point near us was Mt Lemmon at 9159 feet!
