Friday, January 17, 2020 -- Very busy week coming soon! But first....
Another totally awesome Arizona Desert Sunset!
Saturday, January 18, 2020 -- La Posa South Long Term Visitor Area (LTVA) is bordered on the east side by a very large wash that no RVs can pass thru, so it's just an off road trail out into the desert. I love walking General back here. It's amazing to see the unspoiled desert!

The RV Show Big Tent is up, and it's getting very busy in this little town. The RV Show takes place every year, and along with the Gem & Mineral Show, is one of the main reasons so many RVers come to Quartzsite each winter.
Took this pic going over the bridge to show an RV Park that used to be empty, but is now very full!
Sunday, January 19, 2020 -- The RV Show officially started today! We went to take General to the Dog Park, and got stopped by traffic about a half mile from town, from all the folks trying to turn into the RV Show. LOL.
Those with Jeeps or OHVs used the off road trail to bypass the traffic.
By the time we got up to the light before the bridge, we realized the traffic had only held us up for 15 minutes. We didn't think that was bad at all!

General had a great time at the Dog Park, but when we got home, we realized he very much needed a bath! Since our campsite had so much dirt around it, we figured we wouldn't be able to do a proper bath outside. So I decided to try to get General into our shower... and he was cooperative! He climbed right up in there, turned around and sat down!
I rinsed him off as quickly and thoroughly as I was able. Not much room to move in there, but it worked pretty darn good!
Monday, January 20, 2020 -- Had to wait in line at the dump station today. Never had to do that before. LOL.
Finally got a good shot of the Quartzsite town sign. It took awhile, because the signs are surrounded by power lines and other things. LOL. They have these signs at each of the entrances into the town.

A Roadrunner in a tree! Something we just didn't expect!
In La Posa West, folks park their rigs right up close to the northern boundary, so they can easily walk to the RV Show. It was very crowded in that area!
We saw a wide variety of rigs during our time in Quartzsite. A mid-sized truck pulling a huge fifth wheel! How is that possible?
Saw this home made truck camper when I went to the Library to upload a video. People are so creative!
Who's the Coolest Pupper ever? Doesn't General look awesome in shades?
