Exploring the Fisherman Intaglio and Quinn Pass!

Friday, January 24, 2020 — Today was Dog Park Day! But then again, most days are Dog Park Days!
General LOVES the Dog Park! He knows the word, whenever we say it, and starts to get excited right away! Here’s one Happy Pupper!
General is very happy to be at the Dog Park
He really likes to say Hello to the other Dogs, and all the people, but his main focus at the Dog Park is fetching a ball! Some days, he would fetch and fetch, until we couldn’t take it anymore! But we would generally limit him to just an hour or hour and a half.

Saturday, January 25, 2020 — Today we decided to go explore the Fisherman Intaglio! We headed up Plomosa Road toward the mountains. We overshot the parking lot for the Intaglio and continued into Quinn Pass.

Then back down the hill to the parking lot for the Intaglio. LOL. It was a little bit of a hike to get to it, but an easy hike! Here is what it looks like on Google Maps.

It is very hard to get a picture of the Fisherman Intaglio from the ground, I guess because it is pretty large, and some areas of the design are a bit faded. If there had been a hill nearby, which there wasn’t, we probably could have gotten better pictures.

But this is pretty much what the entire design looks like. Pretty cool little piece of history!

Lots of Jumping Chollas in the area! We know enough about these now to keep a safe distance from them. LOL.

Traveling back down Plomosa Road, we had to stop and get pictures of the valley view in front of us! Awesome!
