Tuesday, December 24, 2019 (continued) -- Celia's Rainbow Gardens is a memorial to Celia Winer, who died from a viral heart infection at the age of eight.
Celia's goal in life was to make the world a better place. Her death affected the whole town, and the town took over Celia's goal, and created these gardens for all to enjoy!
Celia was the daughter of Joanne and Paul Winer. Paul will be best remembered as the "naked bookseller" from Reader's Oasis Books. Unfortunately, Paul passed away in May of this year, so we were unable to meet him.
These gardens cover about 8 acres, and there are many different areas to enjoy.
